JSPL records highest ever Production & Sales in December 2020

Raipur, //////Renowned Industrialist Mr. Naveen Jindal led Jindal Steel & Power Ltd (JSPL) Steel operations reported highest ever monthly production volumes with 7.27 lakh tonnes during December 2020. JSPL’s integrated steel plant in Angul reported the highest ever monthly production to 4.16 lakh tonnes, JSPL’s Raigarh steel plant also reported the highest monthly production to 3.11 lakh tonnes. JSPL also reported the highest ever monthly sales of 7.11 lakh tonnes in December 2020.

The Company posted a record standalone Steel production of 19.3 lakh tonnes in Q3FY21 compared to 16.1 lakh tonnes in Q3FY20.  JSPL's  Standalone Steel sales also increased by 12% (Y-o-Y) to 18.8 lakh tonnes in Q3FY21 compared to 16.7 lakh tonnes in Q3FY20. JSPL’s Steel exports increased by 18% (Y-o-Y) to 3.87 lakh tonnes in Q3FY21 contributing 21% to the total sales volumes.

जेएसपीएल ने दिसंबर-2020 में किया रिकॉर्ड स्टील उत्पादन

रायपुर, /////// जाने-माने उद्योगपति श्री नवीन जिन्दल के नेतृत्व वाली कंपनी जिन्दल स्टील एंड पावर लिमिटेड (जेएसपीएल) ने दिसंबर-2020 में रिकॉर्ड 7.27 लाख टन स्टील का मासिक उत्पादन किया है। कंपनी के अंगुल, रायगढ़ और पतरातू प्लांट के उत्पादन में रिकॉर्ड वृद्धि के फलस्वरूप वित्त वर्ष – 2021 की तीसरी तिमाही में पिछले वर्ष के मुकाबले जेएसपीएल का स्टील उत्पादन 20 फीसदी बढ़कर लगभग 19.3 लाख टन हो गया जबकि उपरोक्त अवधि में ही बिक्री 12 फीसदी बढ़कर लगभग 18.8 लाख टन हो गई।

              यहां जारी एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के मुताबिक जेएसपीएल के ओडिशा स्थित अंगुल के एकीकृत स्टील प्लाट ने 4.16 लाख टन स्टील का उत्पादन किया है। इसी तरह छत्तीसगढ़ के रायगढ़ स्थित स्टील प्लांट ने 3.11 लाख टन स्टील का उत्पादन किया। स्टील बिक्री में भी कंपनी ने शानदार सफलता हासिल की है और दिसंबर-2020 में 7.11 लाख टन स्टील की बिक्री कर एक नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है।  

           जेएसपीएल ने वित्त वर्ष-2021 की तीसरी तिमाही में लगभग 19.3 लाख टन स्टील का उत्पादन किया जो पिछले वर्ष की इसी अवधि में 16.1 लाख टन था। इसी तरह वित्त वर्ष-2021 की तीसरी तिमाही में लगभग 18.8 लाख टन स्टील की बिक्री दर्ज की गई जो पिछले वर्ष इसी अवधि में 16.7 लाख टन दर्ज की गई थी। विदेशी कारोबार मोर्चे पर भी जेएसपीएल ने पिछले वर्ष की तीसरी तिमाही के मुकाबले 18 फीसदी की वृद्धि दर्ज करते हुए 3.87 लाख टन स्टील का निर्यात किया है, जो कुल बिक्री का 21 फीसदी है।

जेएसपीएल के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री वी.आर. शर्मा ने कंपनी की परफॉर्मेंस पर खुशी जताते हुए कहा, “मैं इस उपलब्धि का श्रेय जेएसपीएल की समर्पित टीम को देता हूं, जिसने उपलब्ध क्षमताओं का सर्वोत्तम उपयोग कर सभी उत्पादन मानकों का पालन करते हुए बिना कोई अतिरिक्त लागत के यह कीर्तिमान बनाया है। हमें विश्वास है कि आने वाले समय में कंपनी और अधिक उंचाइयां हासिल करेगी।”
