लारा एनटीपीसी फ्लाई ऐश डिस्चार्ज से ओडिशा में पानी के दूषित जन आन्दोलन की चेतावनी

रायगढ़ ////   लारा एनटीपीसी के राखाड  बांध   से नालों  के  जरिए भारी मात्रा में अल्कली पानी उड़ीसा की ओर बह रहा है. अल्कली पानी  सुखनाथ नाले  से होता हुआ महानदी के जल में मिल रहा है,  इसको लेकर  झारसुगुड़ा कलेक्टर ने  चिंता जताते हुए तहसीलदार से जांच कर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट तलब की है तहसीलदार ऋषिकेश पांडे ने लखनपुर ब्लॉक से बह रहे सुखनाथ  नाले में राखाड बांध के साथ अल्कली पानी बह रहा है की रिपोर्ट कलेक्टर  को सौंपी है जिसमें कहा गया कि 3 आउटलेट गेट उड़ीसा की सीमा से 150 मीटर दूर पर  हैं जिन से यह  दूषित पानी बहने से   क्षेत्रीय किसान  परेशान हैं  जिससे भारी जनाक्रोश  भी है   भविष्य में  इस प्रदूषित जल को लेकर जन आंदोलन की संभावनाएं जताई गई है  वहीब्रजराजनगर विधायक  किशोर महंती ने बताया कि उन्होंने उड़ीसा विधानसभा में शून्यकाल में यह मुद्दा जोर-शोर से उठाया था और राज्य सरकार का ध्यान इस ओर आकर्षित किया था, कि एनटीपीसी लारा के  राखाड  बांधसे निकलने वाले पानी और राखाड से उड़ीसा के नदी  नाले और   महानदी के  हीराकुंड जलाशय का पानी जहरीला हो सकता है 

राखाड  बांध  का जहरीला पानी  लखनपुर ब्लॉक की छह पंचायतें में बह रहे नालो से होता हुआ महानदी में जा रहा है ,कांडेकेला, रेमता, चारपाली, पिठिंडा, कनकटोरा और बादिमल - लारा थर्मल प्लांट के बफर जोन में आती हैं। लेकिन 2014 के बाद से, इन पंचायतों के निवासियों ने विरोध किया है, एनटीपीसी प्रबंधन और छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार से इन पंचायतों के लिए एक सार्वजनिक सुनवाई और पर्यावरण मूल्यांकन आयोजित करने का आग्रह किया।

The poisonous water of the Rakhad dam is flowing through the drains flowing through the six panchayats of Lakhanpur block into the Mahanadi, Kandekela, Remta, Charpali, Pithinda, Kanaktora and Badimal-Lara thermal plants in the buffer zone. But since 2014, residents of these panchayats have protested, urging NTPC management and the Government of Chhattisgarh to conduct a public hearing and environmental assessment for these panchayats.
