Training of Trainers Programme on Master Circulars and Vigilance Manual 2026

Hyderabad, 17 September 2026///The Vigilance Department of NMDC Limited co-hosted the Training of Trainers Programme conducted by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) on 17 September 2026 at Hyderabad on “Master Circulars and Vigilance Manual 2026” for Vigilance Officers of organisations in South Zone.

The programme was virtually addressed by the Chief Guest, Shri Praveen Kumar Sinha, Former Special Director, CBI, who emphasised the significance of the CVC Master Circulars and the need for revision of the Vigilance Manual. He also highlighted the importance of rotation of personnel holding sensitive posts as an important preventive vigilance measure.

The occasion was graced by Shri Rajiv Verma, Consultant, CVC; Shri AjaiKumar Verma, Director, CVC; and Shri Arvind Kumar, OSD, CVC, along with Ms. Spurthi Reddy, CVO, MIDHANI & BDL; Shri P. Krishna Kumar, CVO, ECIL; and Shri C. Neelakanta Reddy, CVO, NMDC Limited.

The distinguished speakers from the CVC provided an overview of the Vigilance Manual 2026, highlighting the key changes and their implications for vigilance administration. They also elaborated on the recently issued CVC Master Circulars, covering their important provisions and practical relevance. The sessions were highly interactive, with the experts addressing participants’ queries and offering valuable clarifications through insightful discussions.

Around 75 Vigilance Officers and representatives from organizations of South Zone participated in the programme. The sessions enhanced participants’ understanding of the updated vigilance framework and provided practical insights to promote consistency in vigilance practices and strengthen institutional capacity.

The CVO, NMDC, emphasised the importance of the CVC Master Circulars and the Vigilance Manual 2026 for vigilance functionaries, highlighting the need for a thorough understanding of their provisions and their effective implementation in vigilance functions.

The HOD, Vigilance, extended sincere gratitude to all the distinguished speakers for sharing their valuable knowledge and experience, and to the participants for their enthusiastic participation, attentive listening and meaningful engagement, which contributed significantly to making the programme highly interactive and enriching.

The programme served as an important platform for knowledge sharing, capacity building and dissemination of updated vigilance manual and master circulars, reinforcing the commitment of participating PSUs towards transparency, probity and effective vigilance administration. The programme concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem and the National Song.

मास्टर सर्कुलर्स और सतर्कता मैनुअल 2026परप्रशिक्षकों के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम

हैदराबाद, 17 सितंबर 2026:///  एनएमडीसी लिमिटेड के सतर्कता विभाग ने 17 सितंबर 2026 को हैदराबाद में केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग (सीवीसी) द्वारा आयोजित "मास्टर सर्कुलर्स और सतर्कता मैनुअल 2026" पर दक्षिण क्षेत्र के संगठनों के सतर्कता अधिकारियों के लिए प्रशिक्षकों के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में  सह-मेजबानी की।

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि, श्री प्रवीण कुमार सिन्हा, पूर्व विशेष निदेशक, सीबीआई द्वारा प्रतिभागियों से वर्चुवल रूप में संबोधित किया गया, जिन्होंने सीवीसी द्वारा जारी मास्टर परिपत्रों के महत्व और सतर्कता मैनुअल के संशोधन की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने संवेदनशील पदों पर तैनात कर्मियों के रोटेशन के महत्व पर भी प्रकाश डाला, जो एक महत्वपूर्ण निवारक सतर्कता उपाय के रूप में सिद्ध है।

इस अवसर पर सीवीसी के सलाहकार श्री राजीव वर्मा, सीवीसी के निदेशक श्री अजय कुमार वर्मा और ओएसडी, सीवीसी श्री अरविंद कुमार के साथ-साथ  सुश्री स्‍पूर्ति रेड्डी, सीवीओ, मिधानी और बीडीएल; श्री पी. कृष्ण कुमार, सीवीओ, ईसीआईएल; और श्री सी. नीलकंठ रेड्डी, सीवीओ, एनएमडीसी लिमिटेड आदि की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही ।

सीवीसी के प्रतिष्ठित वक्ताओं ने सतर्कता मैनुअल 2026 के संबंध में बहुत ही सार्थक जानकारी दी है, जिसमें समय समय पर लाए गए प्रमुख परिवर्तनों और सतर्कता प्रशासन के लिए उनके महत्‍व पर प्रकाश डाला गया। उन्होंने हाल ही में जारी किए गए सीवीसी के मास्टर सर्कुलर्स पर भी विस्तार से बताया, जिसमें उनके महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधान और व्यावहारिक प्रासंगिकता भी शामिल है। कार्यक्रम के पूरे सत्र अत्यधिक संवादात्मक थे, जिसमें विशेषज्ञों ने प्रतिभागियों के प्रश्नों व संदेहों का समाधान किया और व्यावहारिक चर्चाओं के माध्यम से मूल्यवान स्पष्टीकरण प्रदान किए।

इस कार्यक्रम में दक्षिण क्षेत्र के लगभग 75 सतर्कता अधिकारियों और संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। सत्रों ने प्रतिभागियों की अद्यतन सतर्कता ढांचे की समझ को बढ़ाया और सतर्कता प्रथाओं में स्थिरता को बढ़ावा देने और संस्थागत क्षमता को मजबूत करने के लिए व्यावहारिक अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान की।

सीवीओ, एनएमडीसी ने सतर्कता अधिकारियों के लिए सीवीसी मास्टर परिपत्रों और सतर्कता मैनुअल 2026 के महत्व पर जोर दियाऔर साथ ही उन्‍होंने सतर्कता कार्यों में इन परिपत्रों और सतर्कता मैनुअल के प्रावधानों की पूरी समझ और उनके प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन की आवश्यकता पर भी प्रकाश डाला ।

सतर्कता के विभागाध्‍यक्ष ने सभी प्रतिष्ठित वक्ताओं को उनके बहुमूल्य ज्ञान और अनुभव को साझा करने के लिए और प्रतिभागियों को उनकी उत्साही भागीदारी, ध्यानपूर्वक सुनने और उनकी सार्थक प्रतिभागिता के लिए हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त किया । इनकी प्रतिभागिता ने कार्यक्रम को अत्यधिक संवादात्मक और समृद्ध बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया।
