Steel Secretary launches NMDC Vendor Portal

Hyderabad, 21 May 2024////  Steel Secretary Shri Nagendra Nath Sinha launched NMDC’s Vendor Invoice Management and Self Service Portal at the company’s Corporate Office in Hyderabad on Monday.

Foraying ahead on its digital transformation journey, NMDC made the strategic decision to introduce and implement a seamless interface for vendors to engage with the company, streamlining the procurement life cycle while enhancing transparency and business harmony.

Shri Nagendra Nath Sinha along with the company’s Senior Management - Shri Amitava Mukherjee, CMD (Additional Charge); Shri Dilip Kumar Mohanty, Director (Production); Shri Vinay Kumar, Director (Technical); and Shri B Vishwanath, CVO were acquainted with the features of the Portal by the concernedNMDC officers and vendors.

Congratulating Team NMDC on going live with the Vendor Portal, Shri Nagendra Nath Sinha said, “NMDC is known for its sustainable business practices and initiatives like these will encourage vendor participation while promoting an ecosystem of transparency and accountability. By revolutionizing the vendor interaction route, NMDC has set higher sights for the industry.”

इस्पात सचिव ने एनएमडीसी वेंडर पोर्टल का शुभारंभ किया

हैदराबाद, 21मई 2024: इस्पात सचिव नागेंद्र नाथ सिन्हा ने एनएमडीसी के वेंडर चालान प्रबंधन और स्वयं सेवा पोर्टल का सोमवार को हैदराबाद में कंपनी के कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय में शुभारंभ किया।

अपनी डिजिटल परिवर्तन यात्रा पर आगे बढ़ते हुए, एनएमडीसी ने पारदर्शिता और व्यावसायिक सद्भाव को बढ़ाते हुए खरीद के समय-चक्र को सुव्यवस्थित करते हुए, कंपनी के साथ जुड़ने के लिए विक्रेताओं के लिए एक सहज इंटरफ़ेस बनाने और लागू करने का रणनीतिक निर्णय लिया।

नागेंद्र नाथ सिन्हा को कंपनी के वरिष्ठ प्रबंधन अमिताभ मुखर्जी, सीएमडी (अतिरिक्त प्रभार);  दिलीप कुमार मोहंती, निदेशक (उत्पादन);  विनय कुमार, निदेशक (तकनीकी); और बी विश्वनाथ, सीवीओ तथा वेंडरों के साथ संबंधित एनएमडीसी अधिकारियों द्वारा पोर्टल की जानकारी प्रदान की गई ।

वेंडर पोर्टल के लाइव होने पर टीम एनएमडीसी को बधाई देते हुए श्री नागेन्द्र नाथ सिन्हा ने कहा, "एनएमडीसी को इसके सुस्थिर व्यापार प्रथाओं के लिए जाना जाता है और इस प्रकार की पहल पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही के पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को बढ़ावा देते हुए वेंडर सहभागिता को प्रोत्साहित करेगी । वेंडर इंटरैक्शन रूट में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन लाकर एनएमडीसी ने उद्योग के लिए नई दिशाएं तय की हैं।

अमिताभ मुखर्जी ने कहा, “दक्षता और पारदर्शिता के साथ नवाचार और प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय खनन कंपनी के रूप में एनएमडीसी हर परिस्थिति में आगे रहने का प्रयास करता है। यह डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म जिम्मेदार खनन के प्रति हमारे संकल्प का एक प्रमाण है!"

एनएमडीसी ने 45 मीट्रिक टन उपलब्धि के उत्साह के साथ वित्त वर्ष 25में एक सकारात्मक शुरुआत की है। इस्पात सचिव ने एनएमडीसी के प्रदर्शन और चालू वित्त वर्ष के लिए बनाई जा रही योजनाओं की समीक्षा भी की।
