Raipur 04-11-2023/// A two day fourth international conference on the topic ' Role of Innovation , Entrepreneurship and Management for Sustainable Development ' was organized by the School of Management of OP Jindal University , Raigarh at Sayaji Hotel , Raipur . The conference was inaugurated by University Vice Chancellor Dr. R.D. Patidar , IIT Bhilai Director Professor Rajeev Prakash, ICSI -Raipur Chapter Chairman C.S. Sharad Kankani , CSVTU-Bhilai Vice Chancellor Dr. MK Verma and JSP President Pradeep Tandon lit the lamp . Then, the program started after the national anthems of Philippines , Oman and India . Organized in collaboration with Sohar University - Oman and Josh Maria College - Philippines , this international conference aims to bring together all the stakeholders related to areas like Innovation , Entrepreneurship and Management on one platform , to discuss their role in sustainable development , along with innovations . - Along with presenting the solutions to be adopted to face the practical challenges of sustainable development .Professor Rajeev Prakash told how small innovations can change the so
ciety He said that there is no need to go out anywhere to bring change , rather a person can bring a big change in the society with his small thoughts .CS Sharad Kankani told how he achieved great success at a young age . On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of Sohar University Dr. Hamdan Suleman and Associate Professor of University of North Georgia , Dr. Siew Chan expressed his views through video conferencing . _ _Pradeep Tandon said that to maintain management and stability , it is not enough to have a good product . Market feedback , employee behavior etc. are important for the sustainability of any product .
The two- day Fourth International Conference will be concluded at OP Jindal University , Raigarh , where professors from universities from different states will present their views on technical subjects .
रायपुर 04/11/2023 ///ओपी जिंदल विश्वविद्यालय, रायगढ़ के स्कूल ऑफ़ मैनेजमेंट द्वारा 'रोल ऑफ़ इनोवेशन, आंत्रप्रेन्योरशिप एंड मैनेजमेंट फॉर सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट' विषय पर दो-दिवसीय चतुर्थ अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का आयोजन रायपुर के सयाजी होटल में किया गया। सम्मलेन की शुरुआत विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ आर डी पाटीदार, आईआईटी भिलाई के डायरेक्टर प्रोफेसर राजीव प्रकाश, आईसीएसआई-रायपुर चैप्टर के चेयरमैन सी एस शरद कांकानी, सीएसवीटीयू-भिलाई के कुलपति डॉ.एम् के वर्मा एवं जेएसपी के प्रेसिडेंट प्रदीप टंडन ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। फिर, फिलीपीन्स,ओमान और भारत के राष्ट्र गान के बाद कार्यक्रम की शरुआत हुई। सोहार विश्वविद्यालय-ओमान एवं जोश मारिया कॉलेज- फिलीपींस के सहयोग से आयोजित इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य इनोवेशन, आंत्रप्रेन्योरशिप एंड मैनेजमेंट जैसे क्षेत्रों से जुड़े हुए सभी स्टेक होल्डर्स को एक मंच पर लाना, सतत विकास में इनकी भूमिका पर चर्चा करना, नवाचारों के साथ-साथ सतत विकास की व्यावहारिक चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए अपनाए जाने वाले समाधान प्रस्तुत करना था। प्रोफेसर राजीव प्रकाश ने बताया कि किस तरह छोटे-छोटे इनोवेशन से समाज का बदलाव किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि बदलाव लाने के लिए कहीं बाहर जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है बल्कि व्यक्ति अपने छोटे-छोटे विचारों से समाज में एक बड़ा बदलाव ला सकता है। सी एस शरद कांकानी ने बताया कि किस तरह से उन्होंने छोटी उम्र में ही बड़ा मुकाम हासिल किया। इस अवसर पर सोहार यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलपति डॉ हमदान सुलेमान व यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ़ नार्थ जॉर्जिया के एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर डॉ. सिव चैन ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिये अपने विचार व्यक्त किये। प्रदीप टंडन ने बताया कि प्रबंध एवं स्थिरता को बनाये रखने के लिए प्रोडक्ट का अच्छा होना ही काफी नहीं हैं। मार्किट फीडबैक,एम्प्लाइज का बिहेवियर आदि किसी भी प्रोडक्ट की स्थिरता के लिए जरूरी है। दो दिवसीय चौथी इंटरनेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस का समापन ओपी जिंदल विश्वविद्यालय, रायगढ़ में किया जायेगा, जहां अलग अलग राज्यों की यूनिवर्सिटी के प्रोफेसर तकनीकी विषयों पर अपने विचार रखेंगे।
