बालको ने चोटिया में किया मेगा हेल्थ कैंप का आयोजन

बालकोनगर 20 जून 2023 ////  वेदांता समूह की कंपनी भारत एल्यूमिनियम कंपनी लिमिटेड (बालको) ने जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सहयोग से चोटिया के लालपुर गांव में मेगा हेल्थ कैंप आयोजित किया। समुदाय तक प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से किए गए शिविर में चिकित्सा परामर्श भी दिया गया। कैंप से लगभग 330 नागरिक लाभान्वित हुए।

शिविर में कई प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों, उप-स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के डॉक्टरों, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों, ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य समन्वयकों, सहायक कर्मचारियों और नर्सों की एक समर्पित टीम ने समुदाय को आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य उपचार दिया। उन्होंने जरूरतमंद लोगों को आवश्यक दवाएं मुफ्त में प्रदान की।

सामान्य स्वास्थ्य जांच और परामर्श प्रदान करने के साथ ही मेगा हेल्थ कैंप में आयुष्मान कार्ड पंजीकरण के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने पर भी ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। लाभार्थी सरकारी सहायता से स्वास्थ्य देखभाल के लिए अपना पंजीकरण करा सकते हैं। स्वास्थ्य शिविर में चोटिया के साथ-साथ 4 पंचायतों और 7 गाँवों के लोग शामिल हुए जिसमें उनकी आवश्यक चिकित्सा देखभाल और सेवाओं को सुनिश्चित किया गया।

घुचापुर के सरपंच श्री रति राम ने मेगा हेल्थ कैंप की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि बालको के इस पहल ने महत्वपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को हमारे दरवाजे तक पहुंचा दिया है जिससे सभी को लाभ हुआ है। हेल्थ कैंप ने स्वास्थ्य सेवा के बारे में जानकारी और जागरूकता में सुधार किया है। हम चोटिया में कैंप आयोजित करने के लिए बालको और जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग के बहुत आभारी हैं। और आशा करते हैं कि भविष्य में इस तरह की पहल जारी रहेगी।

बालको की आरोग्य परियोजना स्वास्थ्य देखभाल और समुदाय की सेवा करने पर केंद्रित है। कंपनी ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य पोस्ट, एचआईवी, मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य और कुपोषण जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर अभियानों के माध्यम से समुदायों के लिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करती है। इसके अलावा कंपनी हर 15 दिनों में एक मोबाइल हेल्थ वैन संचालित कर स्वास्थ्य संबंधी चुनौतियों का प्रभावी ढंग से समाधान करती है। विशेष परामर्श के माध्यम से सुलभ स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सुनिश्चित करते हुए टीकाकरण और स्वच्छता प्रथाओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मेगा स्वास्थ्य हेल्प और जागरूकता अभियान भी आयोजित करता है। अपनी उपचारात्मक सेवाओं के माध्यम से कंपनी वित्तीय वर्ष 2023 में 44000 से अधिक व्यक्तियों तक पहुँच गई है।

BALCO's Mega Health Camp brings quality healthcare to rural communities in Chotia

Balconagar; 20th June 2023: Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), India’s iconic aluminium producer and a subsidiary of Vedanta Aluminium, recently organized a Mega Health Camp in Lalpur village, Chotia, in collaboration with the District Health Department. Undertaken with the aim of providing primary healthcare services and enhancing the community's overall well-being, the camp witnessed an exceptional response with over 330 people turning up to seek medical interventions.

During the camp, a dedicated team comprising doctors, community health officials, rural health coordinators, support staff, and nurses drawn from several primary health centers, sub-health centers, and community health centers together delivered essential health consultation and treatment to the community. They ensured quality healthcare services and the provision of necessary medicines, all of which were provided free-of-cost to the participants.

In addition to providing general health check-ups and consultations, the Mega Health Camp also focused on spreading awareness of Ayushman Card registrations, through which beneficiaries could register themselves for affordable healthcare. Notably, the impact of the camp extended beyond Chotia, reaching 4 Panchayats and 7 villages in the surrounding areas. This allowed numerous residents to access much-needed medical attention and services.
