NMDC Director (Finance) Amitava Mukherjee honoured at the FE CFO Awards 2022

Hyderabad, 28 March 2022 //// : The Director (Finance) of the largest iron ore producer of India, Shri Amitava Mukherjee, was awarded the ‘FE CFO of the Year Award’ by Financial Express for the year 2022 in the Large Industry - Manufacturing Category,at the recently held FE CFO Awards 2022. NMDC was the only Public Sector Enterprise awarded this year with this prestigious honour. Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs & Food & Public Distribution and Textiles, Shri Piyush Goyal was the Chief Guest for the event. Hecongratulated the brightest Chief Financial Officers of India for their exceptional contribution in building the financial strength of their companies and the national economy.

On this occasion, Shri Amitava Mukherjee said, “Continued focus on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and safety has built an iron-strong financial management system for NMDC over the years. Undaunted by the headwinds of Covid-19, we registered a record financial performance in 2021. Going forward, our capex outlay and funding ambitious projects is in line with the Government of India’s Economic strategy of enhanced investment and infrastructure development to provide growth and accomplish the vision of #Atmanirbharbharat.”

अमिताभ मुखर्जी, निदेशक (वित्ति), एनएमडीसी एफई सीएफओ अवार्ड 2022 में सम्मािनित

हैदराबाद, 28 मार्च, 2022////  भारत के सबसे बड़े लौह अयस्क  उत्पाादक एनएमडीसी के निदेशक (वित्तज) श्री अमिताभ मुखर्जी ने बड़े विनिर्माण उद्योग की श्रेणी में वर्ष 2022 के लिए फाइनेन्सियल एक्ससप्रेस का “एफई सीएफओ ऑफ द इअर अवार्ड” जीता। हाल ही में आयोजित एफई सीएफओ अवार्ड 2022 में एनएमडीसी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का एकमात्र उद्यम था जिसे इसकी उल्ले खनीय वित्तीय प्रगति के लिए सम्मािनित किया गया।   केंद्रीय वाणिज्यक और उद्योग, उपभोक्ता  मामले और खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण तथा वस्त्र  मंत्री श्री पीयूष गोयल इस समारोह के मुख्य  अतिथि थे। उन्होंभने भारत के सर्वाधिक  प्रतिभाशाली मुख्य् वित्तीपय अधिकारियों को उनकी कंपनियों और राष्ट्री य अर्थव्यनवस्थां की वित्तीखय स्थिति सुदृढ़ करने में असाधारण योगदान के लिए बधाई दी।

इस अवसर पर श्री अमिताभ मुखर्जी ने कहा कि “दक्षता, उत्पा्दकता और सुरक्षा को बढ़ाने पर निरंतर ध्या न केंद्रित करने से एनएमडीसी की सुदृढ़ वित्तीवय प्रबंधन प्रणाली का निर्माण हुआ है। कोविड-19 से उत्पतन्न परिस्थितियों से विचलित हुए बिना  हमने 2021 में रिकार्ड वित्ती य प्रदर्शन किया। हमारे कैपेक्सन परिव्य य और महत्वायकांक्षी परियोजनाओं वित्तपोषण भारत सरकार की निवेश और बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास संबंधी  आर्थिक नीतियों के अनुरूप हैं जिससे कि  प्रगति करते हुए ‘#आत्मन निर्भर भारत’ के विजन को पूरा किया जा सके ।
