बालको को मिला ‘बेस्ट वर्कप्लेस इन मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग’ प्रमाणपत्र-2022

बालकोनगर, 12 फरवरी, 2022  ////  वेदांता समूह की कंपनी भारत एल्यूमिनियम कंपनी लिमिटेड (बालको) ने मानव संसाधन के उत्कृष्ट प्रबंधन एवं कार्य शैली के लिए वर्ष 2022 का ‘बेस्ट वर्कप्लेस इन मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग’ प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त किया है। प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया में मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग श्रेणी के अंतर्गत 132 उद्योग शामिल थे। बालको देश की उन टॉप 30 कंपनियों में शामिल है जिन्हें यह प्रमाणपत्र दिया गया है। प्रमाणपत्र ग्रेट प्लेस टू वर्क इंस्टीट्यूट की ओर से प्रदान किया गया।

 ग्रेट प्लेस टू वर्क इंस्टीट्यूट उद्योगों के मानव संसाधन प्रबंधन, कार्य शैली और कर्मचारियों के अनुभवों के आधार पर पिछले तीन दशकों से आंकड़े तैयार करने के क्षेत्र में कार्यरत है। प्रति वर्ष 60 से अधिक देशों के लगभग 10 हजार संगठन अपनी मानव संसाधन नीतियों को उत्कृष्ट बनाने, कार्य शैली में उत्तरोत्तर सुधार करने की योजनाएं तैयार करने, बेंचमार्किंग, मूल्यांकन आदि के लिए ग्रेट प्लेस टू वर्क इंस्टीट्यूट के साथ साझेदारी करते हैं। बेस्ट वर्कप्लेस चुनाव की प्रक्रिया के दौरान 75 फीसदी महत्व कर्मचारी सर्वेक्षण को दिया जाता है जिसके अंतर्गत कर्मचारियों के विचारों का अध्ययन किया जाता है। कार्य संस्कृति अंकेक्षण के आधार पर संगठन को 25 फीसदी अंक दिए जाते हैं।
