Kalinga University conducts Talent Showcase Competition

 Raipur ///    Kalinga University with NAAC accreditation & NIRF ranking 2021 is a centre of excellence in Central India within rank band of 150-200. Faculty of Commerce & Management is known as for its Curricular and Co- Curricular activities for developing the student’s overall personality. The University encourages its students to develop their personality through extensive use of club activities.

The Faculty of Commerce & Management recently conducted online Talent showcase event. The main objective of the event was that students are able to showcase their talent through their hobbies. There were different competitions like Solo Singing, Group Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Recitation (Poetry, Short Story, Shayari), Instrument Play and Drawing/ Painting/Mehandi. The students participated in different categories.

The Programme began with the Inaugural session where Faculty of the Commerce & Management participated with Dean Faculty of Commerce & Management Dr Monika Sethi Sharma, and students of Faculty of Commerce & Management.

Mrs. G Divya, assistant professor explained the components of Talent Showcase to the various groups participating in the event. The competition was of two rounds.Large number of students attended the event with enthusiasm. The participants found the event to be very exciting and learning oriented.

Mrs. G. Divya and Mrs. Pratiksha Chilamwar Faculty of Commerce & Management, declared the result of winners as follows: 1st Position Nishant Kashyap BBA 3rd semester, 2nd Position Vaibhav Parmar BBA 1st semester, 3rd Position Prachi Sahu BBA 3rd semester.
