एएएचएल और ब्लिंकिट ने मुंबई एयरपोर्ट पर शुरू की भारत की पहली 'इन-टर्मिनल' क्विक कॉमर्स सेवा

मुंबई एयरपोर्ट केटर्मिनल 2 पर किसी ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्म द्वारा शुरू की गई यह भारत की पहली इन-टर्मिनल क्विक कॉमर्स डिलीवरी सेवा है।

यात्री अब बोर्डिंग गेट, लाउंज, फूड कोर्ट और पार्टनर आउटलेट्स सहित टर्मिनल के भीतर कहीं भी अपना ऑर्डर मँगा सकते हैं।

डिलीवरी का काम प्रशिक्षित ऑन-ग्राउंड स्टाफ द्वारा कुछ ही मिनटों में पूरा किया जाता है, जिससे यात्रियों को एक सुरक्षित और आसान अनुभव मिलता है।

भारत के सबसे बड़े निजी एयरपोर्ट ऑपरेटर, अदाणी एयरपोर्ट होल्डिंग्स लिमिटेड(एएएचएल) ने देश के अग्रणी क्विक कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्मब्लिंकिटके साथ मिलकर छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट (सीएसएमआईए), मुंबई में भारत की पहली 'इन-टर्मिनल' क्विक कॉमर्स सेवा शुरू की है। यह सेवा टर्मिनल 2 के डोमेस्टिक डिपार्चर एरिया में शुरू हो चुकी है, जो ऐप-आधारित डिलीवरी की सुविधा को सीधे एयरपोर्ट के अनुभव से जोड़ रही है

यात्री अब ब्लिंकिट ऐप के ज़रिए ज़रूरी सामान ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं और उसे टर्मिनल के अंदर अपनी जगह पर मँगा सकते हैं—चाहे वह बोर्डिंग गेट हो, लाउंज, फूड कोर्ट या चुनिंदा पार्टनर आउटलेट्स। यह डिलीवरी प्रशिक्षित ऑन-ग्राउंड स्टाफ द्वारा की जाती है, जिससे यात्रियों के समय की बचत होती है और उन्हें सुरक्षा के साथ एक बेहतर अनुभव मिलता है।

एएएचएल के प्रवक्ता ने कहा, “अदाणी एयरपोर्ट्स डिजिटल सेवाओं के ज़रिए एयरपोर्ट के अनुभव को बेहतर बनाने की नई कल्पना कर रहा है। टर्मिनल के अंदर ऐप-आधारित सुविधा लाकर हम यात्रियों को उनके समय का बेहतर उपयोग करने का मौका दे रहे हैं और सर्विस के स्तर को ऊँचा उठा रहे हैं। यह यात्रियों की ज़रूरतों को प्राथमिकता देने वाले 'पैसेंजर-सेंट्रिक' एयरपोर्ट बनाने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है।”

इस सेवा में ट्रैवल एक्सेसरीज़, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, स्नैक्स, किताबें, बेबी केयर और पर्सनल ज़रूरत का सामान शामिल है। सुरक्षा नियमों के दायरे में आने वाले तरल पदार्थ जैसे पैकेज्ड पानी, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स और जूस आदि एयरपोर्ट सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार टर्मिनल के भीतर स्वीकृत इन्वेंट्री से ही लिए जाते हैं।

ब्लिंकिटके लिए यह पहल क्विक कॉमर्स को ऐसी जगह तक ले जा रही है जहाँ लोगों की आवाजाही बहुत ज़्यादा है और सामान की मांग भी तुरंत होती है। इससे ऑनलाइन खरीदारी का दायरा बढ़ेगा। दूसरी ओर, अदाणी एयरपोर्ट होल्डिंग्सके लिए यह कदम यात्रियों की सुविधा बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ डिजिटल रिटेल के ज़रिए नॉन-एयरो ग्रोथ बढ़ाने के लिए भी स्ट्रेटेजिक कोशिशें की जा रही हैं।

यह सेवा एयरपोर्ट रिटेल में एक नई तरह की पहुँच और किफायती दाम पेश करती है, जिससे यात्रियों को समय और स्थान की सीमाओं के बिना खरीदारी के अधिक विकल्प मिलते हैं।

टर्मिनल 2 में उच्च यात्रियों के आवागमन को देखते हुए, यह पहल यात्रा के दौरान एक आम समस्या को दूर करती है और यात्रियों को ठीक उसी समय जरूरी सामान उपलब्ध कराती है, जब उनकी सबसे अधिक आवश्यकता होती है।यह लॉन्‍च एएएचएलकी उस रणनीति से बखूबी मेल खाता है जिसमें वे टेक्नोलॉजी-आधारित, यात्री-केंद्रित एयरपोर्ट्स विकसित करने पर फोकस कर रहे हैं, जहां सुविधा, पहुंच और बेहतरीन डिजिटल अनुभव यात्रा को परिभाषित करते हैं।
